Terms of service

In force as of 7 October 2026.
These terms govern the use of UGCFans at ugc.fans and through its MCP server at mcp.ugc.fans. Using the service means accepting them. The privacy policy describes the data the service holds.

The service

UGCFans makes launch films from a website, still images, video clips, voice, avatar clips and ads. A member works in the studio at ugc.fans or asks an AI client, connected to the MCP server, to do the work. The MCP documentation lists the tools, and the pricing page lists the models and their prices.

Accounts

  • An account is made by signing in with Google or GitHub. Each provider identity is its own account, and an email address does not join two of them.
  • Sign-up can be closed. UGCFans can disable an account.
  • Everything done with an account, in the studio or through a connected client or a personal access token, is the account holder's act. The holder protects tokens and revokes any that leaks, on the connections page.
  • An account holds up to 100 connections and 20 personal access tokens, and up to 240 MCP calls a minute.

Credits and plans

  • Credits are prepaid. A plan is a monthly subscription in US dollars, paid through Stripe, and it sets the credits an account may use each month. Credits are purchased inside the account on ugc.fans after sign-in.
  • A new member account receives 500 credits at its first sign-in. They last 365 days and cover up to 50 images and 8 videos.
  • Generation consumes credits. The price of an image, a video or an ad is stated before it runs, and a quote holds for ten minutes. While a job runs, the most it can cost is reserved from the balance. When the job ends, the cost it incurred is charged and the rest is released.
  • A job cancelled before it reaches a provider is not charged. When the balance cannot cover a request, nothing is made.
  • New generation is paused while a payment is overdue or a payment dispute is open.

Acceptable use

  • A real person is rendered, in face or in voice, only while a standing consent from that person covers the use. The member records the consent, with the grantor's name and contact, before the render. A render is refused without one, and a consent withdrawn while a job waits stops the job. A presenter that UGCFans drew needs no consent, and a cloned voice always needs one.
  • An ad that carries a testimonial states where its words come from: verbatim, edited or composed. Verbatim and edited words rest on reviews the member supplies. Composed words rest on the brief. A testimonial with no stated basis is refused.
  • A finished file can carry a visible label that states it was made with AI. Where UGCFans requires the label for a presenter it drew, a request cannot switch it off.
  • UGCFans can screen prompts, uploads and results, and refuse or hold what the screen flags. The default categories are minors, sexual content, violence, a named person, a brand mark and deception. Repeated refusals inside a window suspend an account.
  • Requests stay within the call, connection and token limits stated under Accounts.

What is generated

The files generated for an account belong to the customer who requested them. UGCFans claims no ownership of them. A sealed link opens one file for a few hours, and a share page shows one file for a month, marked Made with UGCFans. Anyone who holds either address can open the file.

AI output

The output of an AI model can be incorrect, incomplete or similar to existing work. The customer reviews each file before use, and a testimonial, a claim or a likeness in it is the customer's responsibility. The service is provided as it is, without a promise of availability or of a result.

Ending use

  • A member stops at any time. Disconnect and Revoke end a client or a token, and Delete my data, on the account page, requests erasure as the privacy policy describes.
  • UGCFans can suspend or disable an account, withhold a file, or stop a job when these terms are breached or a safety screen refuses repeatedly.
  • A subscription is cancelled in billing, through the Stripe customer portal.

Changes

These terms change by a new version on this page. The date at the top states the version in force.
