Support

Help with an account, a connected AI client, a job or a charge comes by email. The message needs enough to find the account and the work, listed below.

Contact

support@ugc.fans
Write to support@ugc.fans. A security report is sent to contact@ugc.fans, the address in security.txt.

What to include

  • The email address the account signed in with, and whether sign-in used Google or GitHub.
  • What was asked: the page or the tool, the AI client (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or VS Code), the time with its time zone, and the answer it showed.
  • The job id, when there is one. A tool result that starts a job carries it.
  • For a charge: the plan and the date.
  • A screenshot of an error. A personal access token, a password or a sign-in code does not belong in the message.

Files and jobs
The files of the account, the jobs it is running or ran with their state and age, and a sealed link to one file. ugc.fans/workflows/files
An AI assistant reads a job with ugcfans_get_job and follows it with ugcfans_wait_job. The answer is one of working, done, failed or cancelled; a failed job carries a code and a message, and the message belongs in a support request.
